Kun koiran kanssa matkustaa, niin monesti majoitus on kulunut, kulmia on vähän pureskeltu ja siisteydessäkin on toivomisen varaa. Tällä kertaa huoneiston kunto ja siisteys yllätti todella positiivisesti. Viihdyimme hyvin ja sijaintikin oli täydellinen. Voin suositella

Ihan kelpo huoneisto, mutta ei mitään ohjeita/opasteita huoneiston käyttöön, hotellin palveluihin tai Saariselän tarjontaan liittyen. Vastaanoton henkilökuntaa on vaikea luonnehtia asiakasystävälliseksi...Buffet-päivälliset ihan ok muttei kyllä mitenkään kehuttavia...

I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. The is a kiosk at reception but unfortunately we don't get groceries in here too use in kitchen so you need to go to supermarket. The apartment is maintained quite well. If you walk to the reception area the bus stop, restaurants.. are reachable quite conveniently so it depends where in holiday club your room/apartment is allocated. They were kind enough to let us borrow the toboggan to drop our luggage to and from the apartment area as pulling the suitcases in snow was very difficult. The staff was always helpful and available 24*7.

Shocking, shocking, shocking. We stayed for a three night stay and were told on check in that we had to move the next day as they didn't have the same room available. This is so poor, was my sons birthday and we had to cancel activities to move rooms with suitcases in heavy snow. Be very careful if you booking over a weekend. Expedia customer service has subsequently been dreadful

Throughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment came fully equipped with everything you would need to make meals and feel right at home. We had a fabulous view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will be staying here again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

눈 내린 마을에 조용히 지내면서 지내기에 너무 좋았어요 호텔에 바라는점은 숙소찾기 편하게 이정표를 설치하면 더 좋을거 같아요^^

Accessible to the tours/excursions, restaurants, food, supermarkets,etc

Excellent apartment, very well equipped even down to plenty of washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll and bin bags. Superb location central to Saariselkä centre and walking distance to ski resort. Lovely welcoming reception area with well stocked and reasonably priced shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Even check in time is 6pm, we were lucky can check in at 2pm as the room is ready, very nice. Location is Villa 3 (Red/White), nearby the main building. The apartment was comfortable to stay in. We used a two-bedroom unit on the gound floor. It featured a kitchen, refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, sauna, terrace, washing machine and dryer.

호텔 건물 위치를 보고 선택했는데, 아파트먼트라 멀리 떨어진곳에 방을 받았습니다. 차를 빌리지 않았다면 매우 힘들었을 것 같습니다. 마을 중심에서 걸어서 10~15분 떨어진 곳에 있다보니 조금 무서웠습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 숙박하면서 불편함은 없었습니다.

Roomy apartment with an attic with 4 single beds and a toilet. On the ground level, we have sauna, toilet, kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. Good size for 2 people. There are washing machine and dryer but they do not seem to be working.

Appartement très bien même si un peu vieillot. On entend les voisins du dessus mais sinon il est très bien situé

The family-style accommodation was comfortable to stay in. We used a two-bedroom unit. It featured a kitchen, refrigerator, IH cooker, oven, microwave, sauna, terrace, BBQ equipment, cooking materials, etc. It was nice to live in.

On a aimé la station et le logement était petit mais assez bien équipé (mais petit) Nous n’avons pas aimé : le fait que le spa soit payant (et pas écrit sur la réservation qui parlait de luxueux appartement avec jacuzzi et spa…) au début on nous a demandé presque 100€ pour 50mn puisque ça fermait à 21h à la fin ils se sont contentés de 40€ mais honnêtement … EXPÉDIA devrait soigner mieux la description de ses logement.
