Dal secondo giorno non vi era più acqua calda. Alla mia richiesta di ripristino della situazione ingestibile nell'impossibilità di potersi lavare, mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare nulla. Ho tentato di svaldare dell'acqua nel bollitore ed è saltata la luce. L'operatrice non sapeva dove fosse l'interruttore del salva vita e mi propone un cambio stanza. Infine riuscita a lavare i capelli con acqua scaldata non finzionava l'asciugacapelli. Disastro.

They gave me a room way smaller and lower standards from what i booked, when i asked them to switch me to the correct room they said it was booked but that they would reimburse me, since then they have been hiding and no communication or reimbursement has been giving. Stay away from this property of cheaters. Also the pictures look very nice but the hotel is far from the center, very dated and with no functioning restaurant.

Very nice little hotel, it was full but very quiet and good location. Great breakfast.

I stayed at the “capsule hostel” section which had a space theme. Clean and comfortable. They handled my so late check in with ease. The breakfast was good, but the staff informing me did not say it was extra. He told me about the breakfast hour only. Anyway it’s not a big deal. The location is a little off.

Un hotel cu raport calitate preț excelent, camera spațioasă, cu vedere la strada. Curățenie exemplara și în camera și în afara ei. Paturi cu saltele confortabile. Baia curata, igienizata și spațioasă. Aerul condiționat eficient. Check in rapid. Hotelul este situat la 10 minute de mers cu masina de centru. Aspecte negative: singura fereastra care se deschidea era prinsă în suruburi, astfel încât ne a fost imposibil sa aerisim camera, lucru inacceptabil pentru un astfel de hotel. Locurile de parcare insuficiente. Am parcat prin spatele hotelului, pe lângă un zid. Mic dejun insuficient, am ajuns mai tarziu și nu prea mai erau multe, dar nici nu au fost completate.
