Personnel souriant Chambre propre Formule all inclusive très bien

Das Buffet war ausgiebig uns es gab Themenabende, was für etwas Abwechslung sorgte. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und die Minibar wurde auch täglich befüllt. Pools waren eher kühl (Ende Saison), das Meer hingegen noch sehr angenehm.

Not quite a five star hotel. Needs some improvements. Pools are freezing and some tiles are missing. Alcohol selection poor. Cushions on bed had stains need cleaning.

Very nice and posh hotel. But we arrive late so missed dinner, and they left us a couple of sandwiches in the room and some sweets. We ordered a picnic for a day out and didn't have any actual food on it. Only rice cakes and nut hars. We requested a late checkout and it wasn't recorded. They put the request day before and was confirmed. Paid 150 euros (missing 2 meals we could have been offered a discount). We went to bedroom after lunch and card wasn't working because they didn't update in reception the late checkout request. I have to givev4 stars because food was amazing and 3 restaurants included. Daily activities not announce, not much offered. We had to contact social relations manager to get information, but not very helpful at that point.

Tout état excellent. Petite suggestion: mettre une carte dans la chambre avec les numéros de téléphones de l' hôtel. Liste des spectacles du soir affichés dans l'hôtel.

Amazing stay at this resort- the swim up room was a definite must have! The food and staff were also amazing!

Really lovely property, slightly disappointed that the all inclusive didn’t include ice lollies but everything else was great!

This is a great family resort not sure of you dont have children. The beach is right outside 2 mins walkaway

Rooms are nice. Food is ok. Entertainment good but that room is hideous and hot - like an 70s conference room

The stay we had at Atlantica Caldera Palace was amazing. The hotel itself was not far from paradise!! The staff were great and there were lots of places around the hotel complex to relax. There rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. We would definitely return.

We booked the family suite with private pool. The rooms were really nice; clean and spacious. Had a slight few problems with the lighting control as the whole suite (living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms) were connected so it was complicated to use. Aircon was also a problem as it kept switching off. The private pool is quite small. Staff are ok, not rude but not welcoming either. Mini bar in the room only had 2 bottles of water so we asked for extra 2 as we had 4 people in our suite. The staff was very hesistant and said they only give 2 bottles a day. He then gave us 1 extra "this time only". All inclusive does not mean all inclusive. There are alot of subcharges. All restaurants and cafes close at 10.30/11pm so if you arrive later than this or feel hungry after this time, then you'll have to pay for food (room service). The main restaurant where we ate breakfast lunch and sometimes dinner, was good. Breakfast and lunch are usually the same more or less, but they have different cuisine each day for dinner. So all in all, a good choice of food for the week. We managed to get booking for the greek BBQ (€15 per person) which was really fun. Live music and performance. Would definitely recommend. There are other restaurants in the hotel that doesnt charge extra - we tried the tex mex and thai. Both are ok, not the best but not terrible. Indoor pool, sauna and gym are all extra costs. They are located in the spa area and we was told it was a €25 fee to use.

Just completed a weeks stay at the Atlantica Caldera Palace, our first all inclusive. Very much a fly and flop holiday (so no excursions / exploring). Caldera Palace was fantastic, a great room, lovely facilities, great food and exceptional staff (always smiling and helpful) - would we go again, absolutely; would we recommend, definitely.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv ist uns das Personal aufgefallen. Äusserst freundlich und immer hilftsbereit! Die Unterkuft hat so ihre kleine Macken. Mal eine Fliesse defekt im Pool oder eine Poolleiter schief. Das Zimmer war riesig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Swimup Pool Inland view (mit 3 weiteren Zimmern geteillt). Das Zimmer hatte ein riesen Bett und einen weiteren Raum mit 2 Schlafsofa. Vor dem Zimmer hatten wir einen eigenen Sitzplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie 3 Liegen und separaten Pooleinstieg. Der Pool war eher kühl und mit Salzwasser gefüllt. Für die 4 Zimmer ist der Pool sehr gross dimensioniert mit ca. 6x15m! Leider war unser Zimmer nahe der Hotelanlieferung was durchaus höhrbar war, zumteil auch frühmorgens! Es gibt ein Hauptrestaurant mit Büffet wo man immer essen kann. Die Besuche in den den Resraurant sind A la carte. Die Besuche in den a la carte sind je nach Dauer des Aufenthalts beschränkt und müssen vorgängig reserviert werden. Uns hat das Buffet mit versch. Themenabenden ausgereicht. Es gibt Bereiche nur für Erwachsene, 2 Pool und Essenbreich im Hauptrest. Ebenso ein separates Frühstück nur für Erwachsene. Der Sandstrand ist schön aber mit Steinen gespickt. Wir würden dort wieder Ferien machen! Der Transfer mit dem Sammelbus (Danos) war aber sehr schlecht. Unbedingt Privattransfer oder Taxi nehmen.

Το περιβάλλον είναι υπέροχο το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο καθαρό με πολλές ευκολίες το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ καλό ένα από τα πρόβληματα ήταν σε μια πισίνα που είχε υπερβολική δόση χλώριο με αποτέλεσμα να μου κάψει τα μάτια ευτυχώς είχε νερό δίπλα και τα ξεβγαλα γρήγορα αλλά για 40 λεπτά είχα θέμα με τον ήλιο βέβαια το ανέφερα στην ρεσεψιόν αλλά 3 άτομα έπαθαν το ίδιο. Το φαγητό δεν είναι και το καλύτερο έχει καλά πιάτα αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές χρειάζεται βελτίωση
