Excellent stay , very friendly staff

Loved the Barcelo, a peaceful sanctuary perfectly situated between daytime sightseeing and late night ruin bars. Safe area. Spotless housekeeping. Very well-trained, friendly and accommodating staff! So glad we picked this hotel. Fun surprise - we also won a mini cheesecake gratis from the hotel. Thanks so much!

Vi havde en god oplevelse hos Barcelo Budapest. Vi kunne dog godt have brugt rene lagner efter rengøringen havde haft stillet en affaldspose på sengen - vi bad ikke selv om nye, hvilket vi kunne have gjort og så havde vi sikkert fået nyt. Afløbet i badekarret var meget langsomt, så ved brusebad fik man også fodbad (blev efterspurgt udbedret, men ingen effekt). Sengen var virkelig god! Rumtemperaturen var svær at indstille, idet den gentagne gange gik tilbage den temp der var da vi kom. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Deres sky bar er hyggelig og deres drinks er gode.

A very nice welcome started our stay at Barcelo Hotel. The reception took our bags in allowing us to explore the city. Room was comfortable and cleaned each day, vouchers for the bar much appreciated and the hotel was really well located for the airport bus, tour bus, plenty of restaurants Only minor gripe was that there was only 1 bottle of water for the whole stay and it was thirsty work in the sun!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel located in the perfect area for walking around, sight seeing, and dining out.

Mini fridge wasnt working so all my food has gone bad, wifi was super slow so I couldn’t stream anything, tv user interface was old and slow couldnt watch anything, paid extra 100euros for a balcony but the balcony was s ao i wouldnt dare walk on it.

Lovely hotel in a great location staff very helpful amenities in room very good couldn't fault it would stay again 😀

Een aangenaam hotel, voorzien van alle comfort. Goed bed! We lagen op de 7e verdieping aan de voorkant, helaas waren er in de buurt feestjes tot in de (hele) vroege uurtjes.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Man ist super schnell in der Innenstadt zu Fuß, es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer waren OK. Betten nicht zu hart. Leider etwas wenig Stauraum (Schränke).

Perfecto check-in. Excelente ubicación en centro de ciudad para poder ir andando a los puntos de interés. Limpieza de habitación y amplitud, poco ruido del exterior.
