Loved our stay in this hotel in Vik. Walkable to the beach

The breakfasts were superb. You could walk to resturants in the area or stay and eat at the hotel. Plenty of space to meet people in the evening to talk or play games.

Modern hotel, comfortable room. In centre of Vik, close to a few shops, cafes & a pub. Good breakfast, pleasant dining room. Didn’t try the restaurant. I think some of the negative reviews were concerned with the older separate part of the hotel which looks like it’s currently undergoing renovation.

Localizacao otima. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom, limpo. Camas confortaveis. Tecnologia na porta, check in e out por app aumenta facilidade. Unico ponto negativo é nao ter frigobar.

Wonderful staff, delicious restaurant with attention to dietary restrictions like gluten-free and dairy-free. Very quiet hotel rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help give us a wake up call for the northern lights and gave us tips on how we can see it better for the next nights. Breakfast was great! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Vik. My room was perfctly fine and hat everything it needed to have but it didn't have anything special too. Very good, nice standard room.

Its a good hotel. The room was nice and clean. We were in a fanily room. Not far from all the restaurants. But you may know, it’s a small town. Breakfast was great and refreshing. Staff were friendly. Free parking. Just be aware that it rains a lot in Vik and so carry an Umbrella with you especially because it’s a short walk to the parking and hotel doesn’t provide temporary umbrellas.

This was hands down my favorite hotel from the entire trip. The breakfast was absolutely amazing fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. The location couldn't have been better, with everything I needed within walking distance and beautiful surroundings. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would gladly come back again – highly recommended!

I will be staying here again when I return! My whole experience with this hotel was pleasant and accommodating. My girlfriend and I were greeted with first a very friendly staff, then a clean and functional room.

Decent stay for 2 nights - good parking facilities, clean and well maintained. We have this 3 stars as the room is small - especially the bathroom. The door is very close toilet and the shower doors fold into the bathroom which is a pain if you get water outside! Also for a double bed, they give 2 small single duvets… I’m not sure if that’s an Icelandic thing though! We are at the Resturant- it was pretty standard for a hotel, nothing outstanding- I’d recommend going else where. The menu could do with offering a wider range, even a few more sides. Menu is not overly kid friendly. Great location in Vik- black sandy beach is just across the main road.
