Property was clean and room was perfect. 10/10

Clean room, comfy bed, nice, helpful staff. Small but friendly bar. Water dispenser in lobby. Huge parking lot, hotel easy to find, right off the freeway,easy to drive over freeway to downtown Livermore.

Room was comfortable and close to our daughters house.

Staff was great, room was clean. Pool was closed. Booked this as a pool day trip only to find out upon check in that the pool was closed. Not sure how that was not communicated. A bit disappointed.

Not well greeted once to counter, checked in at 10;30 pm, no others in line but myself. I was asked for drivers lic, credit card, but not once did he look up at me or say thank you. Once checked in he put my card on counter and pointed to card machine to enter my card. Once this was done, he gave me room key, Once again saying nothing to me ( run the tape) Once in the room, Changed out of my clothes. Could not find card so maid would not wake me up early. I called him and told him of problem, His repose was this..I will put a note on account you be leaving at 11;30. I was getting ready to say thank you! Then click he was gone. At 10am maid was knocking on my door and waking me up! Unlocked my door and found out I had pull lock on...came back about 20 minutes later and same thing...NOT HAPPY

Nice and quiet! Easy access to freeway either East and west bound of 580.

Great hotel

Unfortunately upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance. This was a deal breaker but we felt it was too late to book accommodations for another property on the day of arrival so we lived with it. No concessions or credits were offered so we feel unappreciated and not valued.
