Fabulous hotel especially for the value. Clean modern rooms, excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and 7 minute walk to Istanbul mall. Definitely recommend.

Clean, convenient location & pleasant staff.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal.. im Restaurant sowie an der Rezeption. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und unsere Reinigungsfrau sehr sympathisch.

Unpleasant smell in the room from the previous cigarette smoke. This hotel only for the smoking guest where smell of cigarette can be heavily detected especially in two elevators.

The staff was really kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were nice. Convenient walking distance to the Mall of Istanbul and other small neighborhood restaurants.

Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. İkinci gelişim; daha önce de gelmiştim ve tekrar geleceğim. İnsana gerçekten özel hissettiriyorlar. Mall of İstanbul’a yürüyerek 5 dakikada gidilebiliyor. Odalar çok temiz, kahvaltı ise muhteşem. 5 yıldız, 10 puan veriyorum. Resepsiyona çok selamlar!

Aile odasında korkuluklar çok güvensiz. Personel gayet iyiydi.

Ingen bra frukost och för varmt i rummen, gick ej att ta ner värmen och det var därför svårt att somna i värmen.

Horrible service - I ordered room surface and it took over three hours for them to deliver they didn’t even bother to tell me what is the delay .. I couldn’t not sleep till after 3:00am .. they allowed drunk men in the room .. I complained four times and they asked me to change my room. After they were very loud. Laughing and screaming .. they were smoking to the point it that it came in my room .. although the rooms were non smoking .. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and I will never , ever back
