Inrequimanded Rubbish

You know, this property doesn’t get the best reviews, probably for good reason but for the price, it’s a good location and I have to say the bed and pillows were really comfy. Yes, the cleaning could have been a bit better but overall it wasn’t that bad. I’d likely stay again at this price.

Limited parking. Shower was very hot & not able to adjust temperature.

Sheets and towels were clean but there was no evidence the room had actually been cleaned. The shower was dirty, side of toilet, dirty. Toilet cistern sounds like a wave machine & the fridge hums all night. Pillows lumpy & single beds are very small. Staff very friendly but cleanliness really needs addressed.

Very basic but room was clean beds comfortable. Would have appreciated more pillows.

Room was not clean and in a very poor state of repair - missing toilet flush button, torn pillow with stuffing spilling out, old uPVC window with a crack. We only needed somewhere to sleep for 1 night, so it did us, and the car parking was a bonus.

No bins in the bedroom. Very dirty. Shower was a bit fiddly. TV and service was very good

Terrible

Extremely convenient for the North Circular and end of the M1/A1. Very cheap for London hotel prices (£50 for a single room with en-suite). The shower was broken and I could not turn the temperature control on the hand-held shower so the water was scalding. The proprietor came to see to it as soon as I reported it and managed to get a useful temperature. Still not the best having a shower with just the hand-held head. The room was at the back of the building next to the laundry and the walls were very thin. There was an unfortunate odour from the bathroom - a mix of damp and urine - which was unpleasant. Plenty towels, tea/coffee sachets and toiletries provided and the sheets were very clean. Car parking available which is a boon. No plug socket near the kettle but an extension provided which was OK for me on my own. All told, some good, some room for improvement.

It’s a decent place to spend the night and prices are great
