The balcony view of the pools and beach was incredible as well as the sunset cocktail experience and music. The dining experiences at the rates are fantastic though it is great. You can take a short walk to have an equally impressive dining experience. Either perk amenities include the free spot experiences as well as free sunscreen. While drinks are pricey, they are delicious and well the house always wins in the casino. It is still a very professional and fun vibe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Aruba as the best place to stay.

Rooms were dated but location on the beach was excellent. Pool was dated as well (kids pool) but still fun. Didn’t have any amazing meals but food wasn’t terrible.

Best service ever! This was our second visit to Aruba and chose the Ritz Carlton this visit and it did not disappoint. We have never stayed at a resort where all service employees went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Beautiful property and best restaurants to dine. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and received an upgraded room and other amenities upon arrival. We will definitely come again.

Rooms were great, staff were extremely helpful especially Dennis at Maderios. All around great experience! Always delivering to the Ritz standards.

Excellent staff, cleaners clean twice a day, everything felt very clean and comfortable.

Amazing place !

The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly we shouldn’t have needed to have commented at all considering the level of service to be expected from The Ritz).

We only had breskfast twice as we went off-site to Eduardo's for acai bowls. But the breakfasts we did have were very good - eggs, avocado toast and fresh fruit. We generally eat light in the mornings so this breakfast is excellent on your travel day home to fill up. The wait staff are very efficient and friendly. No spa treatments so i cannot comment.

All-around A+ hotel. Superb restaurants. Beach is very calm and near a lot of boats so, some times water is murky.
