Quien va a Madrid y está acostumbrado a locales u hoteles 5 estrellas no se podrían perder de ir. El hotel tiene un spa excelente, es tranquilo, buena ruta de vinos, mucha arte y buen gusto. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Súper bien, solo falta que indiquen en e pifia que se tiene que apartar las visitas a bodegas, etc ya que no encontramos horarios disponibles y pensábamos que al alojarnos en el hotel la visita era segura obviamente pagando esta

An Exceptional Experience at Abadía Retuerta Our stay at Abadía Retuerta was absolutely outstanding. The property combines stunning architecture, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable hospitality. The winery tour was a true highlight – informative, engaging, and a celebration of their exceptional wines. Walking through the vineyards and tasting their creations was a sensory delight. Dining at the estate was equally remarkable, with exquisite dishes perfectly paired with their world-class wines. Abadía Retuerta is a unique blend of tradition and modern luxury. We can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay. Staff were great and the property is spectacular. Both restaurants are worth the visit.

Inolvidable

Amazing place, a little over price and did not get a chance to have dinner at the hotel restaurant because it was full, didnt like that.

The hotel is beautiful, from the architecture and surrounding vineyards to the elegant finishes and stunning views. We appreciated the thoughtful anniversary gesture in our room and enjoyed a wonderful private tour of the winery with an exceptional guide. The food and breakfast were delicious, and the spa was gorgeous. Overall, the service was excellent, though a few improvements would have enhanced our experience. For example, when we requested a later check-out to freshen up after our wine tour, we were only granted an extension until 12:30—exactly when the tour ended. This made it impossible to freshen up before leaving. While the hotel claimed all rooms were needed, it’s hard to imagine they would all be cleaned by 1 pm. A slightly later check-out would have greatly improved our experience. Our main critique is with the Refectorio restaurant, which has a Michelin star. The setting and service were impeccable, and the food was excellent, but the wine pairing was disappointing. Having dined at over 25 Michelin-starred restaurants, this was the most underwhelming pairing we’ve had. Though reasonably priced at €120 per person, the amount of wine poured was insufficient. Some wines were stretched over multiple courses, with portions so small they barely allowed for more than 1-2 sips per dish. This detracted from the experience and was very disappointing. This aspect should be reviewed as it didn’t meet the Michelin standards we’ve come to expect.

O hotel é bonito, tem um spa bem montado, 2 restaurantes, e um bar bonito. Acho que falta um pouco de pessoalidade ao atendimento e aconchego nos quartos. Achei muito caro para o que oferece.

Personal muy amable, pero se nota y mucho que faltan CANAS, es decir, una persona responsable con conocimiento del negocio y capacidad de organización. Es gente muy joven que en su afán por agradar, en ocasiones no asimilan lo que les solicitas, te preguntan y no procesan tu respuesta, es decir, juventud, buena predisposición pero escasa ejecución para un hotel de esta categoría. Lo importante, para mi, no es que te acompañen al salón para desayunar, es más importante que si les pides un segundo café, te lo traigan antes de que te levantes de la mesa. En definitiva un poco decepcionante.
