The service could've been faster. We had to wait at an empty desk for a bit before someone let us check-in. However, the staff the next day was friendly.

Great place to stay. A short walk to the beach and local restaurants! The staff cleaned our room everyday!! Great place to stay! Highly recommended it.

The hotel is close to the freeway and shopping. Staff was courteous and room was spacious and clean and quiet.

The property was fine, I mostly picked this property for the pool and I am very unhappy. The pool was full of green algae, sides , steps and bottom. Water obviously not clean and clear. Cigarette butts and bandaids were in pool and cement around pool had used bandaids. Metal lid for cleaning pool was not properly on and a real hazard. My granddaughter and 3 year old great granddaughter with me we were suppose to be working on her swimming she was so excited to go swimming there and disappointed because the pool was a very much a health hazard with green algae and unfit water contamination!

Nice hotel. Staff- needs education on customer service. Was denied late check out even though hotel was empty. I am a Hilton Honors member. Will go to Marriott property from now on.

The Hampton Inn is a really nice facility. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The front lobby is inviting. Our room was clean. The shower was spacious and nice. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We could see the airport from our window and we enjoyed being able to see the planes. The airport noise was not noticeable in our room.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Had a great sleep! Breakfast options were plentiful. Thanks for a great one-night stay!

Loved having a room that faced the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Bed had a piece of metal sticking out towards the other bed. Left a nice gouge above my right ankle. I let the front desk know.

The elevator broke down on our second day and they never got it's fixed for the remainder of our four night stay. That's lame when it's a hotel that's geared towards extended stays which means luggage. And to cart luggage up three flights of stairs was stupidity.
