Stove didn’t work, railing was broken and they fixed it with zip ties. The dryer burnt our clothes and almost caused a fire, all talk no action. Very disappointing that carol didn’t talk to us and the manager hasn’t responded to the email address she typed into my phone herself. Internet was very shotty and tv didn’t work in the bedroom. Too many disappointments. Was hoping for better communication.

O resort é muito bom, vou la com alguma frequências. Bem localizado, confortavel, cozinha e churrasqueira. Senti um mau cheiro durante minha estadia, mas nada que tenha tirado o brilho das ferias.

The property was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. The pools and hot tubs provided a perfect getaway and the water front view is tremendous.

Excellent hotel. We selected the all inclusive option and the food was amazing. The drinks were part of the package so we definitely enjoyed it. Wish the pool was more lively with entertainment and activities. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel room was cleaned daily and the staff were so nice.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. When we arrived we were hit with a 2200 upgrade for the all inclusive for one of the rooms we booked which we booked together online. One room had all inclusive one didn’t according to the staff. As soon as we were settled and checked in, we were sent to the concierge so we can make dinner reservations for some of the restaurants. As soon as we made contact with the concierge, we were solicited for what was promised as a free dream vacation (only have to pay taxes) and a complimentary one-day car rental in exchange for an hour of listening to a sales pitch Unfortunately this turned into a six-hour ordeal at another hotel which was a high-pressure timeshare scheme. A salesperson named Rubert, which bragged about how rich and well connected he was for hours. Told us how he owns the island and is the most important man there. Clearly intimidation tactics. Finally we decided to sign a deal cause they told us we can cancel within 5 days and it would only cost us a fee of $600. When we tried to cancel they all of a sudden were no longer available and closed for the week. We had demeaned to speak to managers and would not leave the front desk until they decided to contact the vacation club supervisor. Once we told them we want to cancel they said the fee would be $1200 and it’s part of the contract. The entire situation was incredibly stressful and ruined our vacation. To make matters worse,

bathroom at infinity pool not working very inconvenient as I just had a knee replacement staff did not respond to complaints rooms severely smelled of mildew inclusive price was limited to only that property, now you need mega inclusive to include other divii and tamarin 300$ US. over charging and gouging Americans

We had an awesome view. We enjoyed having coffee and pastries in the lobby area for a quick bite. Everything was lovely.

I was not able to attend my trip and I had insurance and was not wbls to get a refund

We loved the Divi golf. Our room was in a great location next to the pool and directly across the street from the beautiful beach.

We have stayed here for the past 30 years

The pools were pretty nice and well maintained the closeness to the beaches was great. Nightly entertainment was nice. The rooms are out dated. No USB ports, luckily we has chargers. Most resorts offer sandals and robes, not at this resort. The service was what is most disappointing. When i return, i wont stay at this resort.

Great hotel with awesome amenities for our kids. The checkin was easy and flawless and check out was even better with great help and support from Joanne! Will be back soon

We usually stay at one of the Divi properties and this year we chose the Divi Golf side. The staff were polite and accommodating. The room was perfect and what I requested. Ground flow walk out to pool. The only complaint was that I slipped and fell on the mopped floor in our room. I informed the front desk and they had security check on me that night but that was all. It would have been nice to receive some more attention to my condition. I hurt my knee and my thigh on opposite legs. I did notice that after that the floors were not as wet when they cleaned but I was disappointed that no one checked on me again. Still having pain now that I am home but not sure if there is anything I can do at this point.

Fiquei frustada porque na minha compra entendi que estava inclusa alimentação , e quando cheguei para fazer check-in,nem café da manhã não tinha . O quarto era confortável , a limpeza fraca .

Close to the beach and access to additional properties

The resort was beautiful and well kept. The only thing that could be improved on were the doors. You could see the light under and around the door when it was closed and locked. Restaurants were good and reasonable.
