The staff are friendly, welcoming and friendly. When, not if, I return to Jamaica, I’ll be staying at Courtleigh again.

I loved everything, but they should invest in upgrading to smart TVs, improve to watch TV. The cable options are too limited. 15channels maybe.

Dining room workers was great ,Place was clean and breakfast was good. I will be back beautiful place to be.

I DIDN'T LIKE MY ROOM; IT DIDN'T HAVE A BALCONY. ALSO, WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM, THE PICTURES WERE MISLEADING. I thought that I would have gotten the kitchenette as showen on the website above the price.

My teenage son and I enjoyed our stay at Courtleigh Hotel. The room and hotel itself were clean. Staff was cordial and professional. If we needed anything, we only had to ask. The food was good (Courtleigh Burger was Chef’s kiss good). Loves the laundry room that was available for guests. Helps with families traveling with kids. We enjoyed ourselves at Courtleigh Hotel and plan to go back.

I love the location. There are several different places to shop and eat. The rooms are comfortable

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were wonderful and atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing! I would definitely go back for a stay!

Only one elevator was working at the time of my stay so the wait to use it was long most times. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was friendly

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in Kingston. Traveled as a family of 4 and got a suite. It was a great size and they had a pull out sofa and brought a roll away bed. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of food including traditional Jamaican food, American breakfast and assorted fruits, cheese, cereal etc.

The staff. From the front desk, bar attendants, bell hop, parking attendants, waiters. Just about everyone who we came in contact with was friendly, professional and helpful. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were attentive, kind and friendly. I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast options. Also, location was great. Loved the easy access to the park and places to eat.

The courtleigh is a fantastic option. It has a classic charm

It was okay , food for dinner was not great bought it and had to throw it away.

Delicious breakfast. Great area. Many places to eat and attractions in walking distance. Very comfy bed. Great tv channels. Nice pool. Lobby smelled amazing. Yummy infused water in the lobby. Some tweeks here and there that need adjustment: only 1 elevator working, shower leaks onto bathroom floor, food by the pool is expensive and portions are too small, WiFi inconsistent, computer in business center wasn't working, hidden gift shop (put up a sign!) But everyone is very nice
