Resort was nice and there was always something to do. The bar is always packed but they move fast and the employees know how to have fun. The food was really good and had a big variety. The people are friendly and I would definitely be back!

Excellent customer service

I loved the walk on beach ! There were enough excursions agents in the lobby to book what ever you want to do! We will definitely be back Jamaica .

Excellent resort. For the younger crowds but the older folks definitely enjoyed it too

The wrong placement can be a little better

Some staff were rude but I charge it to the culture, but I most definitely enjoyed my stay and activities.

We were at the back of the property and had to walk way too much. Also, it’s a party resort which I didn’t realize and we’re old lol. Altogether it was clean with friendly staff.

The property was nice and clean the food was delicious

I loved all of the activities that was right there on the property. . I do, however, wish that they would season their food better.. people from all over the world come to Jamaica to experience real Jamaican culture and a good 45% of that comes from the food. . I really wish I could’ve experienced the true Jamaican culture within the food.

This property does need some upgrades the customer service is horrible. The elevators and phone was down and we had no way to contact front desk for anything or housekeeping. I need to know if it's a way to contact front desk if there was an emergency.

The pool could have two pool bars and staff need to be organized regarding time of check in and excursion trips

Enjoyed my stay

The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff all around were friendly and fun to talk with from the restaurant, life guards, and bartenders. The food was excellent and the buffet had a wide variety of options for everyone. The beach was clean and great to cool off in.
