Our stay at the Renaissance was absolutely amazing. Our suite was beautiful, the resort had so much to do, especially the private flamingo island, and the staff was so accommodating. We will be back

Nice hotel

Front desk staff is not very helpful. Don’t explain things well. Not much to do on the properties. Charge you for everything little thing, like pool bingo.

Loved the boat pick up and drop off at flamingo beach

Every experience during my stay was exceptional. Ease of check-in, breakfast buffet, access to pool, bar service were all pleasant. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.The host staff was quite unpleasant and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food was strictly mediocre and lacked flavor.The room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was horrible it was incredibly noisy. . The bathrooms were outdated, featuring cracked tiles and old fixtures. There was also a significant lack of space to move around. Save your money and book elsewhere.

O hotel é muito bom. As acomodações são ótimas, mas faço questão de ressaltar os grandes diferenciais do hotel: sua equipe de funcionários. Precisei antecipar meu retorno, apesar da reserva e pagamento ter sido feita com um dia a mais. Expliquei o meu problema para a supervisora Srta. Briten, a qual prontamente solucionou a questão. Além disso, diria que o hotel possui uma grande vantagem competitiva, a qual considero inigualável, ou seja, possuir uma ilha que permite que seus hóspedes a frequentem tantas vezes quantas quiserem. A ilha maravilhosa. Muito obrigado a todas as pessoas que tive o privilégio de interagir durante os me 6 dias de estadia, em especial à srta. Briten.

Great resort and everyone was helpful. Wish there was a hot tub on the adult side and more night entertainment

There was a cockroach crawling in our hotel room. I also saw another one near the entrance of the hotel upon leaving. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I am worried about the hygiene and cleanliness of this place.

The stay was nice, the bathrooms definitely need a little more elbow grease when being cleaned, the resort was nice. Family friendly, shopping centers supper close

Best place!!! I can’t wait to come back with my kids next time! Food was so amazing on the resort. I did the all-inclusive! Buffet had everything!

The private island was our favorite part. We also loved eating at Aquarius and swimming in the pool.

Walking distance to local shops and mall inside resort is fabulous!!!! Flamingo island is fantastic!!! Staff were very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again!!!

Good Time

The Hotel was beautiful. The Staff was amazing. The only complaint we have is the A/C in our room was horrible! The Room itself was not in great condition. The floor had broken pieces of tile and the table had one chair. No Microwave in the room.

Beautiful place to stay

Everything was great except the breakfast. Small selection of food and small quantities available. We didn’t do lunch or dinner so I cannot rate on that portion.

Overall, the properties are nice when you are booking I would advise you confirm which room you had because when I booked here on Hotels.com, it said that I had the adults only Island view suites and when we get to the hotel, we were actually on the family side with the Island view actually facing a parking lot so you’re paying more money for not to give you in my opinion but the private island was top-tier we got the cabana. It was an additional $600 but it was definitely worth it to have your privacy and just have some a long time we went for our anniversary
