Points positifs: Hôtel très joli on y mange et boit très bien, les chambres sont aux contact de l’océan et la plage est très bien, accueil excellent. Chambres spacieuses Points à améliorer : pas d’internet dans les chambres, beaucoup de moustiques hargneux qu’il faudra traiter. Il faudra organiser le transport aéroport hôtel pour les clients.

Excellent sejour passé avec mon fils de 14ans. Merci à Fatou Faye du restaurant, adama ,serveur, Fatou Yade la technicienne de surface,Pape de la reception, et à toutes les petites mains qui ont rendu ce sejour magique. Nous avions l habitude de venir dans cet hotel depuis des annees et l avions deserté pendant 5 ans . Quel bonheur d y revenir. Merciiii Awa

Standard qualitativi eccellenti. Struttura pulita,confortevole,immerse nel verde e circondata dal mare. Pasti abbondanti e variegati. Personale competente e presente. Consiglio vivamente altresì per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bonjour le premier jour a l'hôtel on arrivait pas à utiliser les wc avec la famille jai fait une réclamation des allers retours a laccueil en vain rien n'a été faite malheureusement.je déplore le manque de réactivité du personnel responsable

Clean and cozy and comfortable

Excellent property. Ideally located. Nice decor. I wish the staff were more friendly, especially the staff at the front desk. They can be rude to the clients. And it seems like no one even taught them to smile or say thank you for staying at our hotel. They make you feel like you owe them something or they are doing you a favor by staying there, instead of the opposite.

Depuis de nombreuses années je séjourne au baobab pour chercher le soleil en hiver dans un endroit reposant et présentant une qualité d installations et de service de qualité Avec un parc magnifique et des logements en case locale cet hôtel répond à mes attentes

I really like the garden all around the property, well maintained daily, I notice lot of cleaning staff working tirelessly to keep the property neat and clean. I also like the entertainment side of the place. Security always on guard to secure the property.

Checking in was smooth and quick. However, when we got to our room, it wasn't exactly the oceanview we paid for. The reservation staff had me walking from room to room throughout the property to identify an oceanview room. After viewing approximately four rooms, we eventually found one, which was one of the last buildings at the end of the property. (This property is huge) The room was significantly smaller than the first room we were offered. We also had to wait for staff to add a foldout bed for my teenager in the final room we selected. But, the initial room had beds to accommodate two adults and a teenager. Additionally, our AC did not work at first, but the matter was addressed. However, it made a loud noise, making it difficult to sleep at times. This was our first time visiting the continent, and....we refused to allow what occurred to spoil our trip. Frankly, the restaurant and activity staff singlehandedly saved our trip. Both teams are exceptional, and it shows by the way they treat guest. The grounds of this property are beautiful and maintained daily. We felt safe and enjoyed the pool and ocean. The rooms can do with lots of upgrading. Overall, our stay was okay. May I suggest having images in the office for guests to see what rooms are oceanview. Spending approximately 40 minutes going back and forth after a 10 hour flight wasn't exactly fun.
