This property is a slice of heaven! Don't hesitate, book it now for a dream vacation. We were only able to stay one night because we were with the cruiseship, but It exceeded all of my expectations. This is the quintessetial French Polyenisan vibe you didn't know you needed. 50 Shades of blue from every ocean angle. Pictures don't do this property justice. It's clean, safe, modern, luxurious and I would give it a million stars if I could for a rating!

The staff was supper friendly and always eager to help. The resort was beautiful and exceptional in every way but one, the food at all the restaurants in the Westin resort are absolutely disgusting the food is horrible too fancy and overpriced. One of the nights me and my wife both got tuna steaks and we gotten food poisoning from them we left two days ago and we still feel bad from the tuna.

Wonderful stay in the most comfortable resort of Bora Bora, with the best view on mount Otemanu. Superior service and care to the guests in every little detail.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit super Service. Es wird alles organisiert, wenn man etwas benötigt. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Alles ist jedoch einiges teurer als auf der Hauptinsel. Dies ist jedoch normal bei den Hotels auf Bora Bora.

We enjoyed our vacation. The property is in good confition. No complaints. Recommend in all aspects.

Outstanding resorts

The Westin is a beautiful property. The staff and service is absolutely wonderful. My issue is, it is absolutely devoid of ANY Polynesian culture or charm. It is a very big, western, American hotel that happens to face the main island of Bora Bora. They have hotel arranged activities but if you want to go to the main island, and they really discourage that, it is a $35 shuttle plus a taxi to do so. If you want to visit one of the hotels on either side of the property, you need to hire a boat, my goodness you can see the lit bungalows and guests from the dock. But you need a boat. It has a very "Disneyesque" artificial feel to it. After 3 days, I felt like I was in a luxury prison. Never again, I'll stay at the Intercontinental on the main island.

the hotel itself is very modern but not unique enough. The service is pretty good but the food there is terrible. Menu is very boring and food tastes very mediocre. I ordered fish stew and the fish is soooo dry that I did not finish the plate and they charge me 70 dollars for it.

Beautiful resort property & amenities! The staff was overall amazing & accommodating. They gave us an upgrade for our ten year anniversary which was much appreciated. The only issue was because of the upgrade our check in was delayed three hours which wasn’t communicated. Had they informed us our bungalow wouldn’t be ready until 6pm we would have changed right away & enjoyed the pool, however, the communication was vague. The therwuse everythung was amazing! We saw manta rays and sharks right off the dock, the resort was modern and clean, and we loved the bikes to get around! The snorkeling wasn’t as good as other areas we’ve stayed in Bora Bora but we definitely enjoyed the Westin.

Amazing hotel and staff. The are friendly and accommodating. The concierge and registration helped us in adding a day to our stay, scheduling us to get tatooes on the island and transportationn, and changing our flight. The over the water bungalow was amazing. This tourist destination is on the high end of cost, but well worth it! We really enjoyed our stay!!

First class hotel with highly trained staff and great amenities for this type of remote location (pool, beeches, activities, snorkeling, marine life, restaurants). Paradise like setting, newly (re)built with great views in every direction.
