Spotless, large and comfortable room was well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Location is near excellent shopping and dining options.

Very comfortable, great location. My favorite in Santa Cruz. Big enough / small enough

Staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt as a family, very safe and welcomed. Breakfast was also very good.The only thing is that it can be very loud at night depending on where your room is located, given that a main street and a big mall are on one side of the hotel. Other than that all good and would happily book with them again.
