We only stayed one night we never used the pool or had breakfast but this hotel is quiet and the staff friendly.

My stay was awesome as usual. Property upgraded, lobby etc. Pool area clean as usual. Staff friendly, courteous, helpful as l said before this is usual. Breakfast delicious 😋

Most female staff members attitude was terrible!! Security was terrible.my drive was not allowed inside to pick me up with my luggage. Breakfast was ok I stayed 6 nights and would not be staying there again. Didnt feel welcome at all!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the building itself was a bit outdated. Good value for money for overall. The use of decorative pillows and throws is a detractor also as these are not often cleaned after each stay.

The S hotel is a nice gem in city of Kingston. The property was clean and well maintained. Thanks to all the cleaning staff. They did a great job keeping our room clean. Most of the staff members were excellent a big thank you and shout out to Aloysius and Stacey, they were always on the go and ensured guests were comfortable. Thanks for making our stay excellent . Thanks to Jospeh who assisted with our reservation and ensured that we had a room during the busy carnival season. Moya , the intern staff and the staff at front desk you were amazing and addressed any issues that arise. Thanks to all the Stephanys, who assisted at breakfast. Thank you Cris you were very polite and knew how to make a guest feel comfortable. I did not like the cat that was around at breakfast. The bell men were very courteous and helpful. The chefs were amazing thanks for preparing such delicious breakfast each morning. Chef Stephany you are the best . The island is still recovering from the devastating hurricane so to have boil bananas, plantain porridge and such a lovely breakfast spread with a touch of island vibes was very nice. The hotel added a rooftop area just in time for carnival so guests had a front row seat to the event this was an excellent idea. The pool area was clean. The only thing I would recommend is to have a net to remove the insects from the pool regularly. In closing I enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the staff made our stay excellent.

As always the staff over delivers and the grounds and rooms are impeccable. Hats off to the managers who always go above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay at the S!!!

I had a wonderful stay at S Hotel Kingston. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel both stylish and relaxing. The staff stood out the most. They were professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay, always willing to assist and ensure everything was seamless. Their level of service truly elevated the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of options with a nice balance of local and international choices. The quality and presentation were excellent, making it a great way to start the day. The bar area also provided a great atmosphere to unwind, with well-prepared drinks and a welcoming vibe.

I love staying at the S Hotel Kingston when I am in Jamaica. It's perfectly located for me to move around and see friends. The rooms are comfortable. Great breakfast and food options. The poolside is perfect for relaxing and taking in the breeze on an evening. Will always return 👌
