Overall I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff, great food and clean hotel. I also liked the central location. Very close to many food spots (KFC a must have in Jamaica) and Devon’s house near by. There is also a grocery store located directly across the street. I would stay here again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at The S Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient. The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back!

Room was on point. Front desk staff was excellent. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast made the stay worth the while. Only once we greeted a staff member in the elevator and she did not respond. The cultural decor is very tastefully done. I give the S..9/10
