El personal no fue atento y y recepción no tenía idea de los horarios

No cumplió mis expectativas. La habitación que nos dieron con fuerte olor de humedad. Por reclamo nuestro nos reubicaron. El personal lleno de prejuicios. Como nos ven que no somos de alta clase su trato fue parcial y poco amable. Les solicitabamos algo y no recibimos un trato de acuerdo a la altura del hotel, inclusode manera grosera. Hemos ido a hoteles como el marriot lo cual es muy superior en la atención. La habitación le falta mantenimiento piso flotante en mal estado y le falta hacer un retoque de pintura a las paredes. En definitiva dejó mucho que desear. Solo la srta Camila intentó disculparse pero no logró aminorar nuestra pésima estadía

Did meet my expectation

Outdated room, leaking refrigerator, courtain falling on one side. Arrived late and no air conditioning in reception. Reception Staff very courteous but I was awaken at 8AM to ask if we need laundry and at what time we were leaving the room

The Hotel is very nice and the room is great. Only issue I have had is lack of hot water in the shower and breakfast seems a bit pricey. There should be a more economical offer for those of us who don’t want to pig out at a buffet. Staff is absolutely wonderful.

Great hotel, great staff really good location. We unexpectedly got a complementary upgrade to a suite which made it even better given how little we paid for the room. Even without the upgrade if I were going back to that area, I would stay there in the heartbeat.
