Hospitality was great

I loved the ambiance, the service, the food, the scenery. Everything was outstanding. Last night our Server Kim told me about World of Hyatt. She went the extra mile, she signed me up so I could get points on the food I paid for. I've been there from Sep't 17, and no one told me anything about it.

Visiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. Excellent customer service provided throughout. Indoor/outdoor dining is wonderful with delicious culinary faire. Lobby was welcoming. Infinity pool, crystal clear water, relaxing vibes throughout surrounding area. My room was clean and spacious with updated amenities. Prompt response/resolve to an expressed concern a plus! I will visit again and stay at the Hyatt Regency.

The rooms had no toothpaste and the hotel had a old smell otherwise it was a beautiful hotel
