Excellent staff

Lovely

The scenery around the hotel was nice but that was it. Everything else about the resort was not worth a return. Was very disappointed with what was received for the price. Out of two rooms one the ac did not work the other the water heater did not work. We only tried the breakfast and for an all inclusive stay it was blah. If you are only concerned with the beach and pool then you might enjoy it.

Fabulous experience

We returned to Long Beach after three years and sadly the service has dropped and the facilities are in need of updating. Whilst there we had a day of broken air con, another of no hot water for the showers and another with no power to the electric sockets in our room and a broken phone- they have a WhatsApp chat with you to offer assistance but all issues raised were never replied to. We were on all inclusive package and the mini bar wasn’t refilled for two days. The room wasn’t cleaned on one day too. The bar and setting is good and overall the food is good- a bit hit and miss depending on who is running the kitchen that day but Hasu is incredible. Swimming pool needed a clean as has suncream grease on the top layer. Really sad as we chose to come for our 10th anniversary but we made the wrong choice. Some staff are incredible which made up for some of it and we made the most of the holiday but would never return and wouldn’t recommend anymore. More like 3*

The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them.

Très grand hôtel offrant de nombreux services, avec plusieurs restaurants, plusieurs piscines dont une réservée aux adultes. Le service est impeccable.

Very nice place to rest and enjoy sea and pool with the family. The amenities part for kids and teenagers is not in the best condition.

we have been satisfied. the cleaning of room was every day sometimes even twice per day. the willingness of staff was super.

Amazing

Hotel staff service is terrible. The pool needs maintenance as the tiles at the bottom are starting to get off the surface, people are complaining of their food orders they never received. No water bottle in room and when I called 3 times they said they will bring it right away and never received it ! All hotels give complimentary water bottles . Long beach quality of service and even the food have gone down a lot. Will not go back !

Der Aufenthalt war im Vergleich uu anferen Ländern und selbes Niveau auf 5 Sterne etwas viel schlechter in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist herabgelassen alt, Wasserkocher defekt zb, der Dudchgriff verschimmelt, bei Zimmeranteitt wsren noch Figetnägel der vorherigen Gäste im Bad, Boden nicht gewischt, Restaurant schnell überfüllt dann Wartezeit. Also wor kennnen da bei so einem Preis Leistung andere Ligas. Das einzige was sehr positiv war ist der schöne strand, die leute die dort arbeiten. Super hilfsbereit und nett. Guter service eirklich 1a. Rest alles auf einem 3 sterne niveau. Essens auswahl auch immer dasselbe und wenig bufett im vergleich zu anderen ländern.

Die Hotelanlage an sich ist sehr weitläufig und grün. Die Zimmer (Junior Suite) sind geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Aber im Zimmer sieht man, dass es in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so sauber ist!! Das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant war ziemlich einfach. Toller adults-only-infinity-Pool. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.

Très beau complexe hôtelier: chambre de standing propre et grande. Le personnel est très avenant. Mention spéciale pour notre sommelier Ritesh ainsi que pour l équipe du bar Shores qui nous a fait passer des soirées mauriciennes inoubliables ( Ryan le DJ, Giovanni, Vicky, Kumar, Kusal les créateurs de cocktails). Excellents restos Chopstick & Tides Seul point négatif la motivation de la femme de ménages qui souhaitait faire notre chambre à 8h00 🙂
