When I arrived to the Hotel it was overbooked and I was transferred to another Hotel without any for for compensation, I asked for a late checkout, this was not even compensated

Always clean and nice

Zimmer war okay, Personal sehr freundlich. Essen war verbesserungsbedürftig. Was extrem gestört hat, war das sehr viele Leute während Frühstück über Lautsprecher Videos geguckt und telefoniert haben. Keiner vom Personal hat irgendwas dagegen getan!

Hotel staff were helpful and sent a taxi to collect me when i didnt have enough USD Cash on me and ATM at airport wouldnt ccept my card. Or was it the bank card fefused the Bank atm !!!

Food was good and the staff were excellent

The dining service was horrible - very very slow! Must ask repetitively for a cup of coffee even before it finally showed up at your table - 10-15 mins! I had stayed here 3 times and the service level has been pretty consistently bad. I am moving to different hotel next time I visit Harare.

Low standard holiday inn hotel, worth less than the price paid

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Harare and loved it. The staff are excellent, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast buffet was very good! The beef sausages were especially good. I would highly recommend staying here.

they improve a lot since last time

Checking in online was a struggle. Only managed to check in when I was at the premises this was despite numerous calls and emails. Great location!
