Central, comfortable and very friendly people working at the hotel.

Most of the staff were good. What I didn't like is was supposed to check out 10am but to my suprise when I went for breakfast staff entered my room. My property was still there they stripped the bed and it was before 10am. How can staff enter my room whilst I was still there without my approval.

Amazing customer service and beautiful clean rooms

run down and not up to standard. Needs a lot of rennovations but I felt safe and it was a place to sleep. Downtown Harare has certainly changed (and not for the better) in the 5 years since I last stayed here. Very sad

I liked everything from staff and food

The hotel facilities are quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. The rooms, however, are spacious, clean, and feature comfortable beds. One issue is the absence of air conditioning, which can be problematic. Although the hotel's central location in town is convenient, it is situated next to a park that hosted a noisy event with loud music for most of the day on Saturday.

Great service thanks to Mr Ruvodo, he went above and beyond. He ensured that we had everything we had everything we had missed out on our other trip.

Stay was fine overall but what we don't get is why the staff ask multiple times if everything is okay (and then do exactly nothing about any of it). Hot water was out one morning and took all day for them to fix with no explanation.

Second visit to this hotel as part of an overnight layover ahead of flying onwards to the next country on the trip. Great hotel but needs a proper renovation.

The property needs a face lift, it has no AC that works. The inroom amenities are way below standard and old.

The noise of guests is unbearable. Pathetic. Needs to be downgraded to 2 star very barbaric

Highly recommended. The service is spectacular. The staff sincerely care and want you to be comfortable. There is a choice of restaurants and all are of high quality. There is a lovely view of Harare Gardens from most rooms I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Hotel location is good but struggling to maintain standards. Breakfast was Ok considering the bleeding economy. Nothing much to explore in the property and overall a property to pick if its a short stay.

It’s clean and the staff were very courteous. The services are good.

Overall fine need to improve on the bath towels and toiletries selection.

The property is old, towels were clean but v old and much used. Location is best and staff is very responsive.

Friendly and efficient staff. Hotel was clean. Conveniently located.
