Después de algún tiempo..., regresamos a Hilton, valió la pena. De nuevo ha retomado su buen servicio al cliente.

Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great. Bathrooms were clean, beds were cozy and AC was great even on the hottest days.

The Hilton Hotel has a really bad mold smell. They need to remove those old rugs and update the floor. The smell of mold is a health hazard. The food was excellent.

Staff was great, but my room smelled as if the carpet was wet. I arrived at 1am, and left by 6am so didn’t really hace time to ask for a change.

El dia de llegada tome cena en la noche y se tardaron muchisimo, me subi a mi habitacion por la tardanza me subieron la comida con un postre pero la espera fue larga, la mañana siguiente, no habia agua para bañarse, yo habia ido al gimnasio y tenia un evento, y no pudieron solucionar en tiempo, me tocó arreglarme sin bañarme.
