Entrance is down an alley, difficult to find. Self-serve laundry was expensive, dryer didn't work. Restaurant in pictures but closed. Company in transition, Hotel.com one name, email different name. Staff semi helpful, semi rude. Hotels.com should screen hotels better. This experience made me question the reliability of Hotels.com. which is a shame because I have used them over 10 years.
