Everything, was nice from what I had a chance to experience since I only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable, loved the space that I had, and having the two bathrooms was a definite plus.

Everything was perfect! People were amazing and helpful in every way. It was easy to get around. Views were breathtaking!

Just returned from another wonderful stay at the Newstead. Our favourite hotel for ease of travelling around without hiring our own transport but using busses and ferries with the help of the hotel water shuttle which is a great service but shame it doesn't run all day. The shuttle service to the beach and Divots/Blu restaurants are very handy also. Staff are always very willing to take you. The infinity pool is wonderful but can be taken over by families and children at times. A shower by the pool would be a real bonus. The grounds are very well maintained and the whole hotel inside and out very clean. We will definitely be back!

Not a great atmosphere at front desk, some staff better than others. Pool area nice. Restaurants all nice. Shuttle drives great.

The staff were all wonderful and the food was delicious! Our room was nice, but we did have a few burnt out light bulbs that needed to be replaced.

Room was clean; however, repairs of two maintenance issues were necessary while we waited for action. Concierge helpful at many points.

One word - Awesomeness!!

We stay at Newstead Belmont Hills every year and have always held the property in high regard. Unfortunately, this recent stay was our first truly disappointing experience. Upon entering our room, there was a strong moldy odor. We also discovered that the jetted bathtub was not working---something I greatly look forward to each stay--as well as a nonfunctioning phone and several lights out. A maintenance staff member did address some lighting and informed us that the tub requires a new motor, which suggests these issues did not arise suddenly and should have been identified prior to our arrival. Although we were offered another room, we declined as we had already unpacked and settled in. Later that evening, after closing the doors, we discovered the porch door would not lock, which made us feel unsafe. For a property of this caliber, especially at a nightly rate of $661.65, this level of oversight is unacceptable. as loyal repeat guests, we expected far better. This experience does not reflect the standards we have come to expect from Newstead Belmont Hills, and we hope management will address these concerns appropriately. Sincerely, Loyal Repeat Guest

We had a relaxing week, the weather was great, and the staff was always friendly and very pleasant. I wouldn’t mind doing it again in this same hotel, it has everything, it’s perfect

We love our room and the restaurant was fantastic. We also enjoyed the ferry to Hamilton.

The infani pool was superb! Dining was amazing! Free water shuttles to Hamilton. Free shuttles to two beaches and two restaurants off the premises! Kindest reception.

Wow! BEST hotel accommodations EVER . The views were STUNNING, the service, rooms, restaurants were absolutely amazing! A MUST DO EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!!

The only problem we had was listening to constant water noise during the night.

Love the compact layout making everything quick and easy to get to. Spa massage was great, loved the infinity pool and the view of the harbour. Aurora restaurant was consistently solid. Room with kitchenette was very spacious and comfortable. Shuttle to Hamilton and the beach were very convenient. Loved our stay and would come again.
