During my stay , no electricity all the days and power outage during two night

This is the second time staying at Protea in chingola. Food and hospitality great. Friendly staff.

Comfortable, friendly, good value

The Staff members service was excellent, very polite and professional.The breakfast at the restaurant was very good as well!. The buffet had a wide variety.

Nice clean hotel with amazing kind staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Apart from mosquitoes our stay was not very bad.

Had to suggest to staff that they put us a family of four in adjacent rooms and use the door way between the two to make it a family room, I would have expected them to work this out ahead of time without me having to tell them. Otherwise the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel for any reason!

We had a short stay 2 nights and found the facilities excellent the staff were most friendly and helpful the food was also excellent
