Spa not working My guest not allowed to enter in to reception who came to hand over a parcel to me and security made her to wait till I came back from work in the night Disappointed with service I raised the complaint on spa , manager never showed up

The stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very informative and helpful, even though my French was not up to par with theirs. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. The gym was adequate for a hotel. The location and the neighbourhood are sketchy, but there is security. If you use the hotel airport shuttle, remember it will cost you 25 Euros; nothing is free in Madagascar.

J'ai été somme de payer une nouvelle fois toutes les chambres sous prétexte que paiement non effectué . Malgré mes justificatifs de paiements en septembre lors de la résa avec Amex , ils n'ont pas trouvé trace de mon paiement de 263.20 euro.. incompétents ou arnaque organisée je me pose la question. Mais j'ai confiance en hôtels.com qui réglera ce gros soucis de doublement de paiement. A éviter absolument. De plus on m'a certifié que le responsable injoignable ce jour prendra contact avec moi dès le jour ouvrable... J'attends toujours.. Méfiez vous de cet hôtel... Fuyez. J'ai dù re payer la somme de 1.125.000ar correspondant au taux du jour a 278 euro.. Très remonté auprès de cet établissement. Gggrrrrr

Certainly a good place

- small room, no carpet. - bathroom light was not working when turned on. - shower handle broke as I was taking a shower. - room has only 1 free socket. Therefore you can only charge one device at a time. - breakfast is average. - corridor smelled of cigarette on arrival. - airport transfer is overpriced, yet it is included in other properties booked on this platform. - hotel is not responsive to emails or calls.

It's ok hotel. Not very luxurious. View is also not good because of no lake water.

Clean modern and comfortable hotel of international standard but let down by showers that alternate between hot and cold and silly promotional slogans

Staff at reception were inexperienced. Although I am a gold member with hotels.com, it took them more than 1/2 hour to check me in. I had charges on my bill that were mine. It took them forever to sort the issue out. The same happened to other colleagues who stayed at the hotel at the same time. Additionally, we had to wait more than one hour in the shuttle waiting for one person who never showed up. This is unacceptable given that we had arrived after midnight after a 20 hour flight and we were charge 20 Euros per person.

Le séjour fut correct : propreté et accueil Ok. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et le restaurant offre de multiples choix pour le diner. Seul bémol: pas de clim dans la chambre malgré ma demande.
