Das Hotel ist rundum empfehlenswert! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Es hat uns bei jedem Anliegen tatkräftig unterstützt und für eine herzliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Überraschung an meinem Geburtstag: Das Team hat mir einen kleinen Kuchen gebacken – eine liebevolle Geste, die ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt ebenfalls kaum Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Gym, Pool und Spa ist hervorragend und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist modern, gepflegt und bietet ideale Bedingungen, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, klimatisiert und bestens ausgestattet – hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Auch das Essen war gelungen und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist das WLAN, das leider nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Das war allerdings nur ein kleines Minus in einem ansonsten großartigen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder!

Tout a été parfait. Personnels très professionnels. Le restaurant est à l'image de l'hôtel, superbe. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

J'ai beau être exigent mais le personnel a été à mon écoute. Je ne peux qu'être satisfait...de ma chambre (changée selon ma volonté) mais aussi des attentions du personnel (d'une gentillesse...) et de l'excellence de la restauration (ma meilleure tarte tatin...est à Tamatave)

Any issue I had was resolved with superior customer service by the manager and the owner (who takes care of his customers with passion). The rooms are beautiful. The spa and gym are exceptional. The self serve breakfast is remarkable. Well worth the money!

Clean hotel in a beautiful city. Staff were very friendly, some spoke English - very good onsite restaurant. Enjoyed the gym amenity.

部屋は広くて綺麗。バスタブもある。レストランはなかなか。朝食無料バイキングでパン以外のフルーツ、料理、ライス、リクエストに対応したオムレツ。タマタブは遠いけど、行くならオススメです！

2 night stay in August 2023. Spacious rooms but the bed mattress and pillows are well past their prime! The hotel is in a quiet location, the service was very good from the staff. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating area, food was good.

The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And a very good breakfast.

Restaurant staff was amazing but reception was tepid. I was surprised not to find a hair dryer in the room of a ****star hotel.
