The staff were fabulous, customer service is a priority here. Room was nicely decorated. Seat by the window is a lovely idea. Toilet was clean, although yellowing. Bed was comfy. Outside space overlooking the lagoon was my favourite. I could stay there all day. Breakfast menu offered a really good selection. They even had gluten free options. Tons of pastries, cut fruit options were mainly pineapple, watermelon, orange and papaya. The orange was hard, and I did see mango once. Would be good to have mangoes more regularly in the offering. Would also be good to cover more of the buffet options to protect them from the lone fly...The a la carte food offering is expensive and I'm comparing the price to Lagos Continental. Everything was tasty though. Environment felt safe, very mixed crowd and quite business orientated. Overall a nice stay, and I would come again.

Everything was great, food staff in my room! Unfortunately, my last day there it seemed like they had issues with their credit card machines, which was a major thing because it wouldn’t allow any of my cards to go through even when I went to the ATM machine to pay for laundry that I had done. Fortunately, for me, the room was paid for.

Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star.

Very good and clean hotel. Friendly staffs

The lake view was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff—especially the front desk—provided outstanding customer service, which made the experience even better. However, I do have one concern: management should ensure that employees respect guests’ privacy. Guests should feel comfortable and secure, without worrying about being watched or monitored for personal gain.

Bon emplacement, personnel très agréable

This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos. A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Lagos. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a great experience with excellent service—I would definitely recommend and return.

Underwhelming for a 5 star property. Only one staff ( guy waiter from pool bar smiled and was friendly) everyone was rude and not helpful . First time in Lagos and at this hotel, we were very disappointed, we will NOT Be back .

Everything was exactly as advertised and more

Excellent. Room was great, pool and gym were world class. Had food at the bar a few times (spring rolls and cheesecake) and they were always great. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. This is the place to stay when you come to Lagos.

Location is excellent, friendly staff

Very pleasant stay, staff were lovely, very clean and enjoyable environment. However, I was on the ground floor facing the pool and river and it rained in the morning and water was entering my room through the gap tip window/door. Staff did not appear alarmed by this and came to clean it but also claimed they were not aware of the issue. Where it was clear that this is something that happens.

The security guard was also awesome and made me feel very safe during my stay. The front desk staff were outstanding and always ready to assist with a smile. I also want to recognize the concierge team — Destiny, Peter, and Tompeht — for their kindness, efficiency, and for going above and beyond to make my experience truly enjoyable. Everyone made me feel welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lagos!
