Great place

Spacious room, modern tv and internet connection. Fast room service, kind staff.

La higiene es mala. Hay restos de basura y sucio en el area visual de la habitacion. Tiene varios pisos, pero no hay elevador. Es de muy dificil acceso.

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Bett war gemütlich, Bad war sauber, heißes Wasser in der Dusche, Handtücher sauber. Frühstück sehr arm.

Super easy check in, most of the details are handled by Expedia. It’s a great place to relax before an early morning flight out of VVI. Clean, comfortable and everything you need.

Necesitan personas que hablen ingles en el hotel. Por lo monos en la recepsion

Comida muito boa. Os quartos excelentes, cama perfeita. Atendimento no restaurante estraga qualquer avaliação.: sofás velhos e pessoal pouco orientado. Precisaria ter uma adega, dessas minis pode ser e colocar mais vinhos do país. Pouquíssima variedade e vem quentes ou congelados na geladeira. Ar condicionado muito ruim nessa árra.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel between flights because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus. The room and breakfast were fine, but the hotel was a big failure in terms of the main reason for staying there. We emailed the hotel several times to get information about the shuttle, but received no reply. We had no idea where to find the shuttle at the airport nor its schedule. As a result we ended up paying for a possibly over-priced taxi. We did arrange to take the shuttle back to the airport the next day, but it left a half hour late. The hotel desk person apologized, but the stated reason of heavy traffic was not evident to us. Fortunately, we had built in enough time that it did not make us late for our flight.

Overpriced for the condition.

The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good with helpful staff in the breakfast area during my short stay

It did the job, but the shuttle to the hotel is not frequent enough to justify the price

Bien lugar , limpio, amable , buena comida...el precio poco alto

Por lo menos una botella de agua en la habitación ( VIP?) Hay que correr mesas de noche o escritorio para utilizar enchufes)

Every thing was fine Exept the price...was to high

Mala experiencia desde la recepcion que entegaron una habitación que no era la reservada y encima estaba sucia. El acceso entre pisos por escaleras , muy incomodo si vas con maleta grande. Cerca al aeropuerto pero no vale la pena y es mejor trasladarse a hoteles mas centricos.
