Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was spotless and amenities plentiful - including a kettle. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Clean and nice place, good pool, easy to walk to the beach even if it takes 15minutes. Very good value for money. Would be five star if the service was better, not even a smile or a welcome. Doesn’t cost much to be friendly. But besides that, worth it if you are on a budget and can walk to beach and supermarket.

Room was clean and serviced every dy with bedding change every 3 days and new towels. Kitchen is workable, we only had breakfast in our room. AC worked well and kept us cool. Staff were really helpful

Wir waren innerhalb kurzer Zeit 3 x hier. Das Zimmer/Apartment ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einzig die Betten waren uns zu weich. Schöne Poolanlage und positiv ist die Gästelounge mit Dusche & WC, welche nach dem Check-out bis zur Abreise kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich, nur der Empfang und die Abreise beim 3. Mal ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, schade. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet ohne Durchgangsverkehr.

Alles bestens. Sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Seit heute, 15. November gibt es auch die Möglichkeit Kaffee, Kuchen und Sandwiches zu bekommen. Prima für den ersten Morgen nach der Ankunft

Small apartment like housing.. but very spacious inside.. I love the interior decorations.. very modern.. not a fan of the safety deposit box.. it needs updating.. I love the key pad lock on the outside I thought that was so cool.. there’s no dining options on the property which sucks and and it’s a good 15-20 min walk to main road for some dining options if you don’t have a car.. but very remote and quiet and I felt safe coming and out all hours of the day or night

Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!

not enough parking when the hotel is partially full, that is my only issue. but i simply love it here

Very nice layout, has a balcony. Room was very clean and has all amenities if you want to cook. Negative, staff was ok not as friendly. They want too much for breakfast kit (ground coffee). We would stay there again.

Nice but should rent a car , and sleeping area needs a television, and living room needs air conditioning other then that good place to stay.
