Much nicer property than the Wyndham Gardens a block away.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial en todas las áreas. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación es ideal. Las camas ya tienen sus años al igual que la ropa de cama se ve el desgaste. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, habían restos de algo que se había derramado cerca del mini bar y polvo debajo de las camas.

Super limpio y el personal es muy amable y atento.

The bed sheets and room towels were dirty. Otherwise this is a good hotel to stay, and I will probably stay here again in the future. Great location!

Llegamos el dia domingo y no pudimos hacer uso del area de piscina ya que tenian una reservación. Quisimos hacer uso del area de piscina el Lunes y nos dijeron que esta en mantenimiento. Inconformes.

Es una excelente hotel el servicio excelente. Solo que en las habitaciones se escucha la música del kareoqui en vivo y eso no te permite descansar en la habitación

It was being remodeled so it is hard to rate. Otherwise the location near airport and safety are key!

The hotel is located near to the airport. I had to stay in Guayaquil because of a flight cancellation and the hotel was a great choice. They offer a shuttle service in and out from the airport, and there is a mall on the lower floors, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and the personnel was very helpful.
