Buon albergo vicino del centro storico

Väldigt bra och trevligt hotell. Personalen är verkligen supertrevliga, guidar och hjälper till. Bra och stora rum, trevlig utsikt. Bra frukost. Perfekt med parkeringsservice. Hotellet ligger bra till då det är nära till sevärdheter och resturanger. Vi kommer att komma tillbaka.

El hotel está en excelente ubicación apenas afuera de la ZTL y en una calle que reduce mucho el subir y bajar. El personal de Recepción muy atento y amable. La habitación es pequeña y algo incómoda. Somos mexicanos y sensibles al frío, la calefacción es centralizada a partir de las 8pm, por lo que pasamos dos horas incómodos, eso no me gustó, ni tampoco la manera en que me lo dijeron. El desayuno es de buen nivel. Tiene un restaurante y un bar en el centro donde hacen 10% de descuento a los huéspedes, solo conocimos el bar y es muy agradable.

Best hotel in San Marino

This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and an amazing staff. However, it sits on the main road into the historic area so it can be loud. This was increased due to the AC being turned off for winter and the heat being set a bit high which required us to lead the balcony door open. Also, the TV in the room next door sounded like it was in our room... not much sound proofing. Overall, the experience was wonderful and provide an excellent base to explore this wonderful micro-country.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Luca at reception was exceptional at providing information and good service. The gustation dinner was incredible value and top quality. The concierge provided instantaneous valet parking and old fashioned baggage assistance. Not only a comfortable stay but a great experience.
