Es un hotel adecuado para su precio pero si deberian modernizarse un poco mas

Me siento muy sastifecha,,uso este hotel por años.

No tienen servicio a la habitación después de las 4pm y el restaurante cierra temprano..

Wonderful staff close to everything but very hard beds

First, the front desk doesn't speak English. Second, the room door didn't work. We had to change room. Then, thirdly, the air conditioning was not working. We changed room , then the bath tub water stop was leaking out to the bathroom floor when turn on. Worst thing was the continued noise all night, perhaps it was not the hotel's fault

Could use some renovation. Great location. Right across from the boardwalk and just a few blocks from the cable car.

This hotel is permanently closed. Why was I not informed of this. This has caused major inconvenience and extra expenses.

We couldnt get in. When we arrive to the hotel, it was closed. We had to look right there another hotel to stay in. It´s incredible how we did not get know about this till we were there, we receive no news. We also did not get any refund.

O hotel é muito velho, as fotos não mostram a realidade, camas velhas, banheiros pequenos, cortinas e roupas de cama velhas e antigas, mobilia quebrada, toalhas de banho velhas, manchadas e rasgadas

The hotel met my needs and was perfect location. Room could use a little updating but was good for the price with everything in working order.

We booked three bedrooms as a family. The hotel has very old and out dated furniture and amenities. Room pillows, sheets and towels are extremely old! They were ripping apart. Even with all of this the hotel reception had the audacity of accusing us of taking their towels. Horrible customer service! The cleanliness has a lot to be desired. Bathrooms lacked soap, shampoo or conditioner as well. The only good thing about this hotel was the doorman. Excellent person! Very friendly to everyone who came in to the hotel.

I have work my self in the hospitality business the greeting needs to in prove with the number one rule make the client welcome there was a lack of friendly ness it felt like you had to beg for a smile from the reception area one of the Clerks was nice I asked for a cab driver he fluted with me and the pool area needs fixing the pictures on web is not when you go there the restaurant has a man Carlos that was rude to my sister but Miguel in the restaurant made up for being curtious the room didn’t have a chair the sheets are full the pool needs cleaning our room needed dusting and they told me I had yo ask for a towel for the pool it’s crazy I took pictures so you could look in improving the hotel this hotel could be great and the sauna was closed they only open it if you ask so I’m with my bathing suit and have to go yo lobby to get sauna open
