This property is MUST if you're staying in La Paz excellent service and the staff was so friendly. The restaurant was delicious, seriously one of the best experiences. It is a bit further from central La Paz but that was never an issue since the cable car is just a few blocks away.

Fantastic hotel with great amenities. Staff was top notch - super friendly and helpful.

My only negative comment is that this is the first time I have issues with asking for extra coffee in the room. My wife and I normally have a coffee when we wake up and before breakfast. When I asked for more, I was told that the Hotel provides only one individual packet per room and as a courtesy ... After travelling around the World and staying in many hotels, this was a first to me. I'll be back, but I'll bring my own instant coffee.

Malheureusement, nous ne sommes restés que quelques heures, étant donné que nous devions être à l’aéroport à 6h du matin. C’est triste de ne pas avoir pu profiter un peu plus des excellentes prestation offertes par cet établissement.

I wish they would honor the VIP perks. I was charged for an early check in. And I got absolutely no upgrade in the rooms. This review was going to be a lot worse, if it wasn’t for Marcela who always does a great job, accommodating, and being a great host. If it was not for her, these reviews would be a lot worse.

I wish they would honor the VIP perks. I was charged $30 for an early check-in, and no upgrade was offered. This review was going to be a lot worse, if it wasn’t for Marcela coming in and saving the day. She is a fantastic host and always trying to better our stay here
