Es mi primera elección en Quito , el hotel es completo , el desayuno espectacular , la atención de primera

Everything was great. The location was perfect, there are a few good restaurants in the hotel and many just outside, plus shopping and the park. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the gym was well equipped. There are also free fitness classes and a pool. We had a comfortable stay, would definitely return!

Awesome hotel!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, gotta try the Encebollado ;) Great location, nearby park, and shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very clean ..the lotion smells so good! Loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool! Nearby flower stand sells 2 dozen long stem roses for $1! Love, love Quito :)

The Breakfast buffet was not good enough, limited options, bad quality coffee, you have to ask for eggs options if you don’t ask them then will eat only scramble eggs :( no bananas in Ecuador !!

Reservamos una noche para que mis padres pudieran descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones que el hotel promociona. Sin embargo, lamentablemente no pudieron utilizar la piscina, que era precisamente el motivo principal por el que elegimos este alojamiento. En ningún momento, antes ni durante el proceso de reserva, se nos informó que la piscina no estaba habilitada. Consideramos que esto representa un incumplimiento de los servicios ofertados y un perjuicio para los huéspedes que toman su decisión basándose en dichas instalaciones. Nos comunicamos con el hotel para exponer la situación y solicitar una solución, pero no recibimos ninguna respuesta satisfactoria ni alternativa que compensara este inconveniente. Esperamos que el establecimiento mejore la comunicación sobre la disponibilidad real de sus servicios para evitar que otros clientes pasen por una experiencia similar.

The hotel staff were very friendly and had an excellent attitude toward guests. My spouse and I stayed for seven nights, but it felt very short. We would stay here again if we have the chance. The ribeye steak at Opera Restaurant was delicious enough that I would want to recommend it to others.

Outdated rooms. Front lobby was ok and small. There was no locker in the room. Shower was weak. There was no view from my room. Would go back to Hilton Colon in quito next time.

Nice hotel close to park & restaurants

We only used the restaurant. Breakfast was free with the room. Plenty of choices. Dinner took time and was salty. Hence only used it once

This hotel is great. location is perfect and the most important the room is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful breakfast and great food for dinner. Very friendly staff.

I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Great location, great breakfast

This is a great hotel for business or pleasure, located perfectly in Quito's business district. It not only gives great service it provides excellent value for money, with lots of amenities.
