Simply an amazing stay for our honeymoon. Extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. The property, ambience and amenities are outstanding, and the food was great both in quality and variety/options. We stayed for one night only, as we had a 24h stopover in Addis. We definitely would want to come back!

This is he best hotel in Addis Ababa. It’s located in the heart of city so most of the major attractions are just a few minutes away by car. The breakfast buffet experience is second to none - I felt like royalty. The price is expensive but I recommend anyone who can afford it to stay at this hotel at least once in their life.

처음으로 아프리카 방문하는거라서 긴장되고 걱정되었는데 Sheraton Hotel에 머무는 기간동안 편안함과 안정을 누렸습니다. 하루에도 수차례 방응 정리해주었고 호텔안을 다니다가 마주치는 직원들은 항상 밝게 웃으며 인사해주었습니다. 시설이 약간은 오래된 느낌도 있었지만 건물의 스타일과 전빈적인 분위기가 나름의 고풍스러움과 편안함을 선사했습니다. 다른분들의 경험을 참고하여 아침식사 패키지를 미리 확인하여 오해가 없게하였고, 손님이 와서 미팅을 해야하는데 공개된 장소는 어수선해서 곤란하여 마지막 하루는 4층에 있는 Executive Lounge를 이용하기위해 $55(USD)추가로 지불하고 업그레이드 하여서 점심식사, 저녁식사를 제공받는 서비스를 이용하고 미팅도 진행했습니다. 아침식사는 1층에서 뷔페스타일로하는 패키지가 이미 가입 되었지만 4층에서 식사를 이용했고 오믈렛등을 요청하면 동일하게 준비해 주므로 편하고 조용하게 4층에서 식사를 하고 그곳에서의 숙박을 마무리했습니다. 공항셔틀이 있어서 너무 편하게 공항을 오고간것도 좋았습니다.
