Was ok.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were so sweet. A special mention goes to Pamela, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, as well as the gentleman who takes care of the pool area and even brings fresh coconuts around – such a thoughtful and unique touch that really made the experience feel special. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained. Everything feels clean, fresh. The pool area was immaculate, perfectly maintained surroundings, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was soo good. There was a great variety on the menu, and everything we tried was excellent. The location is also ideal, with everything you need within walking distance – shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all easily accessible, making it very convenient and stress-free. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel was extremely family-friendly. The staff were wonderful with children, always patient, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more relaxing. It’s a perfect place for families, with a safe and welcoming environment that made us feel completely at ease. Overall : Amazing service, fantastic food, perfect location, and an atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. Nice location, very clean, great staff.

Al Capone club is close by and still at 4am they were playing their music with loud bass so not a good place for hotel. Al Capone is new so a big disadvantage to hotels. Hotel was clean but pool closed at 6pm for cleaning which should be later. Otherwise room was ok.

Framragende hotel standarten var som forventet. Vældig søde personale. Morgenmaden kunne godt være lidt større udvalg. Der åbnede et stort diskotek bag hotellet den dag vi ankom, musikken der fra kan høres tydeligt på hotellet, så lidt svært at sove. Ligger tæt på nyali city mall hvor der er handlemuligheder.

Great time! Everything super clean, all staff super frienly. Calm and quiet and nice food. Would definitely recommend and go back!

The air conditioning came in handy. The space was just right. I really appreciated the quiet environment and the friendly, accommodating staff.

The staff are courteous and incredibly helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes peace and quiet.

I can’t rate what’s around the area because I didn’t walk around that area but I highly recommend this place and when I’m back in Mombasa I’ll definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel and my experience was great. There was wifi throughout the hotel including the pool area. Their cooks are amazing and I had the best lamb chops of my life. But the pictures are misleading. I booked a superior room because it showed a living room. However, the superior room does not come with a living room. That is another type of room they have.

Schönes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, Pool sauber. Frühstück nicht unbedingt für europäischen Geschmack, aber war ok.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that's missing is brewed coffee at the breakfast buffet. Satchet coffee will simply not do.

Nice hotel near Nyali Beach. Very nice and service minded people, especially the guy working evenings and nights in the restaurant. The rooms needs some improvements. There was a moldy smell and some spots in the roof. Breakfast was just ok. We had dinner there one evening, which was very good. Pool area is very nice.
