Absolute sichere und top Lage man befindet sich gleich neben dem Presidentenpalast. Der Empfang an der Reception ist sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful service and location

Perfectly located right in the heart of Quito on Independence Plaza, yet very private and quiet. In a classic older building, so beautifully finished and wonderfully furnished. Rooms are luxurious, spacious and very comfortable. I stayed twice, and each room was fantastic. Just steps away are great restaurants, the grand cathedrals, shopping, and the vibrant street scene Quito is famous for. But above and beyond the facility, is the amazing staff! No one could be more gracious, friendly, helpful and kinder than these wonderful folks! Simply, they are Ecuadorians, the best people you will meet anywhere. A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful! Thanks for helping our Quito visit exceed all expectations!

Perfect location right on independence Plaza. Fantastic room, incredibly comfortable and beautifully appointed. brilliant staff, so friendly and helpful with anything you might need. short walks to shopping, great restaurants, beautiful cathedrals and just the great street vibe you get from the Ecuadorian people. Absolutely no better place to stay in Quito.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff super helpful. The exterior walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping because of all of the outside noise. The bed is also very hard.

Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer

Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Rooms excellent and fit with the area. Recommend to families who want to seethe historical centre and be treated exceptionally well.

Wonderful stay. Room was very nice. Only comment would be that the carpet in the room needed cleaning. Staff was exceptional!

The location in the historic heart of Quito is ideal, the decor elegan but not osentaious, the beds comfortable, the fresh cooked breakfast delicious, and the staff gracious, warm and flawlessly professional.This is one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced.
