Only one towel in room, AC stopped working, and TV had no channels - but the staff did their best to rectify these things within 24 hours.
Once working, TV channels were few. Restaurant menu is very limited and the size of the writing on the menu is so small it’s almost impossible to read it.
Staff were great. I just think budget cuts on things like tv, good internet access and menu range has reduced the quality of the hotel.
Before Covid it was much better. I hope it improves.
