Its nice, but it is time for a serious upgrade

-instalaciones en general ok -habitación no está mal pero le falta mantenimiento, se ve antigua. -desayuno buffet ha desmejorado mucho, tiempo atrás tenían un buffet delicioso, esta ocasión fue muy básico.

The mattress on 307 needs a little love. Too hard. I love the mattress on Oro verde Guayaquil suite. This one was a let down. The bathroom wayy too small

Todo estuvo muy bien, riquísimo el desayuno, variedad de comida y excelente atención de los meseros y meseras, así como del personal de limpieza. Únicamente debían haber notificado previamente y con tiempo que el sauna y el turco no estaban disponibles por mantenimiento.

Excelente hotel

As always, the Oro Verde Cuenca is the best place to stay. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond. I brought my fiancée, our just turned 6 month old daughter, and our family dog to celebrate my daughter 6 month birthday at the place were we brought her to right after she was born. The hotel manager and staff recognized us since we always stay there, and they brought us a delicious cake and gave our dog a lovely toy, snack, and doggie bed. I couldn't be more grateful for how they always treat us which is why we consider the Oro Verde Cuenca our home away from home. We can't wait to come back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
