This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well.

Nice hotel in Arusha with a pool and a decent restaurant. Rooms and property were clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

All good, location was just right to move around the city. Staff where amazing and breakfast was amazing

Nice Hotel

We stayed at Four Points Arusha for a night before our safari. The hotel is conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from Arusha Airport, and the staff at the check-in desk were very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms had a musty smell, and smelled like stale cigarettes, and the air conditioning was very noisy, even when switched off.

This is a very western style hotel - you feel for a moment outside. The gardens are very nice and the staff in resturant are great.

Beautiful African Grace and hospitality! Wonderful bed after a long travel day. Safe for mother and child traveling together.

Overall we had a great and comfortable stay at the Sheraton Arusha Hotel. Everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating.
