Everything is just average

The broken window in my room made me feel cold.

The location is good. The hotel staffs are very frendly and helpful. You have to be aware that the restaurant serve extreamly slow. It took 50minutes to get pasta for my lunch.

The hallways are dirty

I didn't like anything abt the property.

So friendly! Wonderful experience! This was our second stay in 2 years and although it isn’t super close to airport, I feel like I could bypass other options because of the service, cleanliness, and great restaurant!

The property need to have a better Internet system, and they need to let people be aware that they are responsible for their driver to and from the airport. Other than that the hotel is in a great location. The restaurant food was great and the staff was outstanding they had a lot of respect from the people that let you in the gate to the ones twho prepare your food to the one who clean your room to the ones at the front desk, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. I stayed there for 12 days and my stay was amazing. This hotel had the best staff I ever meet. I love the way everyone greeted you on a daily basis.

Was good and convenient for my needs.

Was a bit crazy cz the staff did not know exactly what to charge and what was booked.

The staff is very friendly, and the related facilities of the shower room need to be remodeled

Hotel was okay for one night staying.

El hotel esta cerca de tiendas y supermercado. el cuarto que nos todo. el sensor de movimiento tenia problemas, la ducha el agua slia por todos lados, la goma de la puerra del bańo estaba despegada, reporte todo y enseguida fueron a arreglar todo, muy buena respuesta. El desayuno muy bueno. En general nos fue miy bien en este hotel el servicio y atención muy bueno. lo recomiendo.

Liked their clean room. Friendly staff too. Disliked: when I extended my stay by 2 days, they hicked prices opportunistically

Very clean and well equipped room. Service was great too - prompt service despite a midnight check-in and very accommodating to my request for a quiet room and late check-out.

The exterior of the hotel made me question my choice, but our driver said it was very nice. The receptionist was helpful though not overly pleasant. The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable. The location was excellent and not far from the CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

There was Disco music palying that would have kept us awake and we had to change rooms twice to even get to sleep. The room that we were finally put in was small and stuffy.

El precio del hotel no es muy alto y la ubicación son accesibles a centro comercial, el unico problema escel trafico y que las calles son muy malas, hace un ańo estuve por el area y sigue igual las calles.

All good for the price point. Convenient to coffee, shopping, places to eat. Not far from CBD. The Wi-Fi sucks but everything else is pretty good.
