Lovely clean and spacious room, but not possible to use the pool due to a big conference going on, and a very inconvenient breakfast setup. One option (buffet), one price ($30pp), so massively expensive for the quick bite we needed each day before early starts on tours. It would be $90 per breakfast for me and my 2 kids, even if we just wanted a quick juice and a pastry. We had to skip breakfast most days, which would be very difficult with a younger family. For comparison, in the town we spent around $45 per night on restaurant dinners for 3 (including drinks), so this is really a huge price for breakfast, with no option to just grab something small.

Great room, nice pool. Unfortunately the breakfast is outlandishly expensive. It's a single price buffet for $30pp, so even if you just want a coffee, or just juice and a muffin before your early start for tours, it's still $30. This was very inconvenient because you have to take taxis everywhere in Vic Falls, so there's no easy alternative. My family of 3 had to skip breakfast a few times rather than face daily $90 bills for just a quick bite.

ホテルの手配でWild horizonさんに送迎をしてもらいました。 空港が遠いため送迎費用が高く感じます。 ウェルカムドリンクのある快適なチェックインでした。 同時に到着した複数人でチェックインの用紙に記入していましたが、私だけ紙を渡し忘れていて10分ほど待ってチェックインしました。 説明は丁寧でわかりやすかったです。 部屋はヴィラタイプのような作りなので、部屋まで荷物を持って行ってもらうのが少し遠かったです。 毎日撮影機材があったので少し不便でした。 部屋はとても広く開放的でした。 窓からの景色は空と緑の庭だけですが、人があまり通らないつくりになっているため採光のためにカーテンを開けることができます。 しっかり蚊帳がついているため、安心して眠ることができましたが、蚊帳の中とベッドサイドに死骸、もしくは弱っている蛾とカメムシが残っていたのが残念でした。 エアコンはベッドのすぐ横に1つありますが、部屋中を冷やすにはやや非力でパワーも不足しているかもしれません。 私は暑い時間はベッドの周辺で過ごしたので問題ありませんでしたが、複数人で隣の部屋でも過ごすとシーリングファンのみでドアもないため全体は冷えにくいでしょう。 また、エアコンの風が蚊帳に干渉しますし、エアコンもややうるさいため夜は消して寝ました。 バスルームはとても広く、シャワーブースとバスタブが離れて設置されています。 せっかく広いので、シャワーブースがしっかりドアがあるのはとてもありがたいですが、シャワーブース自体の広さももう少しあると贅沢に感じれると思います。 バスタブは広くて快適です。 バスタオルは、1人宿泊でも2セットくれるのでありがたいですが、4泊中前半2泊は1枚必ず新しいタオルなのにクサいのが残念でした。

Fräscht hotell med god frukost. Fint välkomnande och en person som följde med till rummet. Väl fungerande wifi. Bra varmvatten i duschen.

Rooms clean and staff was friendly

We had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel. During our initial booking the hotel was fully booked, so we had to do two separate bookings, but they were able to let us stay in the same room. Our family of four appreciated the upgrade to the spacious family room, which came equipped with mosquito nets and insect repellent lotion. The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the attentive service made us feel as though we were the only guests there. The photos on the website don’t do the property justice—it’s even better in person. The location is safe, with very close proximity to both the town and the falls. We didn’t encounter any roaming animals, which gave us peace of mind about wandering baboons in the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again if we return to the region.

Very clean room, amazing staff, close to national park with perfect hotel shuttle service.

For us a great location, friendly staffm internet sometimes would be shakey, but for us not to a point where we could penalise the hotel for the rest of the goodness. All staff where helpful.

Rooms were clean, everything good except the room key situation. Internet down and so didn’t issue room keys. Access room through patio door.

Clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Falls were only a few minutes drive away.

Cresta Sprayview is a peaceful, well appointed hotel with impeccable hospitality. Situated in leafy gardens and with an expansive pool area it is a joy to return to after a day of exploring and enjoyable to spend a restful afternoon near the pool. It has a delicious onsite restaurant and the bar offers a great drinks list. The room is spacious, beautifully clean and has crisp linens on the bed. It is a safe and welcoming sanctuary for exploring this breathtaking region of Zimbabwe, with attentive and thoughtful staff
