Was all we hoped for and staff were great

Love the place, love the people. A bit inconvenient if you want to go out and walk around after dark. Will definitely go back and recommend it.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. The bed and shower were wonderful. Slept like a queen. Fabulous dining. The chef is amazing. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise. Will absolutely stay here again.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Felt more driven to business stays, but rooms were pleasant and was in a good location to visit different areas of Nairobi

Location was super convenient for where I needed to be. Front office agents were pleasant and friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent service and generously-sized room. Bar and restaurant lacks atmosphere and closes too early. Appreciated the efficiency of the airport drop-off at the end of my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, all the amenities (the only slight fault was there was not enough tea, coffee, milk), and quiet.

Clean safe and family friendly property for our visit to Nairobi.

It is a great Hilton property in the middle of a very busy area. I felt very safe with security provided on property though.

They don't put some facilities for cleaners like toothbrushes and toothpaste

Nice hotel in an under developed area. Easy to walk during the day. Good staff, good restaurant, clean quiet rooms.

The shower place is sliply - needs have some protection. It is also squeezy

Lovely staff, really clean and comfy. There didn’t seem to be much in the local area as it was a bit out of town. But for an overnight stay after a long flight, it was absolutely perfect.

Very reasonable and good value for money. Staff great, bed very comfortable, shower nice, food good, conveniently located.

It is Quite with a dead end street. private, quite and clean.

Buffet, personnels, propreté excellent Le soir bruyant venue de l' extérieur bar avec musique.

Will definitely stay again.
