Good and convenient hotel

The most spacious and quiet room in the whole of Uganda

Check in did not go well. I arrived 03.00am and they had difficulties to find my reservation. Room is big and it was fine. Breakfast was OK and they had omelette station, porridge and fruits. Hotel and rooms itself needs a fresh up. I was expecting more from the pictures and descriptions. Swimming pool area was disappointing because they had no sun beds and there was a lot of leafes in the pool. Staff was friendly and smiling Location is good. There is a mall next to the hotel

Clean and spacious. But the rooms and bathrooms are dark. They need better lighting. The internet is also somewhat choppy.

Need to change garments in a while, bed, bedsheets and carpet seem old enough. someone lawn mowing everyday in the golf course and you hear the noise. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

The receptionists are greatly helpful.Josh and James went all out to make our stay extremely comfortable.the whole reception team is very resourceful and customer care is impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit allem, was man zu einem kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist zwar kein super Luxus, aber hat alles, was man braucht

Good breakfast area and silence. Sometimes house keeping ir room service was a bit confusing to use or contact.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal! Riesige Zimmer allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem sehr sauber. Leider gab es keine Moskitonetze und auch die Fenster waren ohne Fliegen-/Mückengitter. Die Klimaanlage lief zwar, hat aber nicht gekühlt.

The rooms are large :). I did not have any negative experience here however, I think the air conditioning needed fixing. It couldn't cool off the room. Everything else was alright.

Beautiful surrounds and hotel. Very kind and helpful team. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager whom made sure our stay was stress-free. I will be returning to this resort again.

Great location, excellent facilities and services

The view of the golf course and pool was pleasing and being adjacent the mall was very convenient.

It’s a good place near to everything

Breakfast was good. Pool was cold but good. All was good - excellent location and everything was exceptional except of course the Internet. You can't have a full whatsapp conversation without constant disconnections. If that's important for you, then the hotel is not for you.
