The worse internet I ever encountered in any hotel or country I visited in Africa. If you are looking for a place to stay and disconnect from the rest of the world this is the right place for you. Connection keeps lagging every 23-30 seconds.

I was given a room below the gym which was terrible as there was banging noise from 6am onwards. Also the hotel didn’t have hot water which is sun optimal for a business hotel. Substandard hotel, do not stay.

Unfortunately the showers never had hot water. Staff were not good at communication. Breakfast was less than adequate, but location was great. Hotel needs upgrading

Staff tres acceuillant mais peu d'info disponible a la reception sur comment faire du change, les alentours à visiter comment faire facilement un test PCR. pas de nourriture apres 21h que ce soit au resto de l'hotel ou room service alorq vaut mieux prevoir et tres peu de restaurant autour de l'hotel.

This hotel staff here are very proud of their hotel (now the Onomo brand) and were responsive to our queries which were very few. It is conveniently located in downtown, close to many banks and other major institutions allowing for easy movement. Excellent Gym; Pool is small but clean. Our only issue was the internet per device which frustrated us from time to time as we logged in after a long drive from Nairobi unaware of the rules, which was frustrating. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money.

Vilket bra hotel - utmärkt läge centralt i Dar es Salaam, men framförallt tyst, rent och fräscht, god frukost, internetuppkoppling utöver det vanliga samt exemplariskt servicevänlig personal: helt enkelt ett perfekt hotell för en arbetsresa till Dar es Salaam!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and restaurant was good. Gym was well equipped for a hotel gym and clean. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Ramada Encore. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Friendly and helpful.

Great modern new hotel. Staff are super friendly and the food in the sky bar was the best in Dar Es Salaam. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Pool on the 6th floor is also a great welcome from the heat. Ferry is also a 5 min ride. Great location
