Mold on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling. The walls were too thin - could hear conversations in the adjacent room if the AC was off. Could hear kids crying across the hall. The doorbells in adjacent rooms would seem like someone was ringing the bell in our room as the walls were so thin. Could hear the adjoining rooms alarm clock at 5 am. Happened both mornings we were there. Was a non smoking floor but someone was smoking in their room. The hallway stank when we got out of the elevators one evening. The towel had a lipstick stain on it. Would not recommend this hotel nor would I be staying in it again. Breakfast was decent.

I had previously stayed at the Intercity Muscat and was so impressed that I booked Intercity Salalah on my next trip. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in Central Salalah. Rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable although the bed was a little hard. It was nice to have a balcony but it was very small and not even a seat out there. Service here was absolutely impeccable. The staff cannot do enough for you. The pool is very small and very shallow. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing but I don't think there were many guests staying there and having more choices would just lead to more waste. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was delightful to stay at. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Amazing hotel. The best in Salalah! Special thanks to the all staff and particularly the kindness of Mr Fernandez! The location is perfect in the center city. You can even walk for every where. Souk and beaches are close. The bedroom are comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

The front desk staff is professional and courteous. The room was incredibly clean. The lay out of the breakfast was impressive.

Verry friendly staff in the restaurant and for the room service. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day incl wet swep. Pool on the roof top is quite small and was not really refreshing, too warm. The bed. was a bit hard, but otherwise the room was OK, 2 Charisma, small table and sufficent storage space.

My stay was pleasant. The hotel is pretty new and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for the 3 Star hotel.

The only small issue i had that bed mattresses are hard and not aoft and pillows, overall experience is nice and clean in great location, Great for business travellers, staff are very supportive

I loved every thing and if there is a chance that i am inSalalah i will go for sure to intercity.

Very good and quick check in , i was offered balcony and corner room top floor.Reception employee so helpul.comfortable bed the room was lovely and bathroom excellent and large walk in shower.Breakfast was good choice fresh fruits cereal and eggs. Air con and wifi excellent in the room with fast speed.I had lunch 3 times in the hotel very good service and everything is freshly cooked.All the staff at hotel were most helpful courteous and nothing was too much trouble for then .fridge and kettle in the .room which was useful and free water every day Hotel price very reasonable for quality of the hoel Higjly recommended

This is a perfectly nice hotel developed by a German company. Great service especially Arjun who was exceptionally helpful and professional. There are a few small things that are minor but could catch up with the place if not watched like a shower that drains way too slowly. But nice room, interesting area (two minute walk to super market), good breakfast selection.
